electronically store customer payment information.

networks. Jewelry by Rhonda uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer
- encryption technique that makes cardholder information
impossible to read) via
LinkPoint Secure Payment Gateway (tm) provided by

We want you to be
pleased with your purchase. We strive to bring you the best
possible quality product at the best possible price.
We try to describe all items as accurately as possible - we would never
intentionally mislead you about a piece. Please pay careful
attention to the description, size specifics and picture of an item.

questions BEFORE you buy.
With this type of merchandise and being a small business, I must stick
to a "ALL SALES FINAL" policy;
however, I do understand that sometimes we order something on-line and
when we get it, it is not what we thought it would be. If you are
unhappy with your purchase, you should

The Return and Exchange
Policy:
1. Please
contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your
merchandise.
2. Exchanges will be allowed for in-stock items that are the
incorrect size and overall product dissatisfaction.
3. If an item is damaged or lost during shipment and you have not
requested insurance (Priority Mail option),
no refund or exchange will be given.
No exceptions! I inspect items as I package them to
assure no item is damaged before shipment.
4. No refund or exchange will be given for buyer remorse.
5. Refunds are granted on a limited basis - when no other
alternative can be reached. A refund consists of the purchase
price (shipping charges are not refundable) less a re-stocking fee of
20%.
6. No refunds or exchanges for non-stock (special
order/hand-crafted, engraved cufflinks, etc.) items.

about wholesale orders. We are a retail business, however we do sell to qualified businesses (valid state resale tax id number)
at 20-45% off prices listed on this website. There will be a
minimum order requirement of $100 plus shipping (no handling) charges.
