Special Request Mother-of-Pearl Calla Lily Wedding Jewelry:
It started when Gloria (the bride) contacted me about my sterling silver
mother-of-pearl calla lily jewelry and wanted the center freshwater
pearl to match/coordinate with the color of her bridesmaid's gowns.
She sent me this swatch of material from the champagne bridesmaid's
gown.
I ordered different colors of dyed freshwater pearls in champagne,
taupe, bronze, etc.
We then selected the color that best matched her wedding colors (we also
took into consideration the flower colors, groomsmen tux colors, etc.)
Once she picked a pearl color, we made her order:

The bridesmaid's necklaces - sterling silver mother-of-pearl and
freshwater pearl calla lily made with the special request freshwater
pearls
A bracelet for her junior bridesmaid
A necklace for the bride and groom's mothers - she liked the additional
pearls on the side featured in our lariat design,
but she did not want the lariat dangle down the front. We left
that part off for her and just put the mother-of-pearl calla lily in the
center of the necklace with the same special request pearl color to
coordinate with the wedding colors.
